EXPLANATION OF FEES

Blyth Academy makes registration easy and worry-free, allowing you to register for your program with a full refund available (including registration fee, deposit, program fee and any applicable taxes) up to and including January 1, 2018.

What is the registration fee?

The registration fee ($195) is payable upon registration and confirms your place into the Blyth Academy program of your choice. It covers the administration costs required to enrol you at Blyth Academy.

What is the deposit?

The deposit is a fee of $895 that is used to hold a spot on the program of your choice in your name.

What is the program fee?

The program fee is the cost of the program of your choice. It does not include the registration fee or any departure taxes or fees.

What are departure taxes and fees?

7Blyth Academy works with many different airlines, hotels, airport transfer companies, and vendors to ensure that your program runs smoothly. Each service levies its own departure taxes or fees that are not included in your program fee. We work hard to estimate these fees, and ensure that you are aware of this estimate before you purchase a Blyth Academy March Break program. The estimated departure taxes and fees for your program can be found on each program page of our website as well as within our brochure.

As soon as these fees are confirmed by our airlines, hotels, and vendors, you will be notified of the final departure taxes and fees due. These departure taxes and fees will be billed to the credit card on record, or an invoice will be mailed to the address on file for payment by cheque in December 2017.

  • As a registered TICO travel organizer, your travel funds are protected in case of default

Here is an explanation of the fees we charge, and when:

Upon Registration, you will be charged:
  • Registration Fee: $195 
  • Deposit: $895

These two fees will be billed immediately upon registration. You will be required to pay by credit card if completing the registration via our website, or by cheque or credit card if registering by paper form.

All fees are 100% refundable up to and including January 1, 2018.

30 days from time of application, you will be charged:

Second installment payment: $1000

  • This fee will be billed to the credit card on record, or an invoice will be mailed to the address on file for payment by cheque.

December 2017:

Departure Taxes and Fees are confirmed.

January 1, 2018:
  • Balance is payable in full
  • These fees will be billed to the credit card on record, or an invoice will be mailed to the address on file for payment by cheque.
  • Fees for March break programs are non-refundable from January 2, 2018 onwards.
